The Information Center is located at the entry point of Malko Tarnovo, just next to the town market. It occupies a city with a typical Strandja architecture, a donation by the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation.

The Center was opened on May 13, 2007 - during the fifth edition of the Festival of Rhododenron ponticum. It was established as part of the comprehensive program of the Directorate of Strandja Nature Park for the conservation of the biodiversity, promotion of the natural and cultural heritage and educational activities. The modules it has been supplied with provide visitors with the opportunity to learn about Strandja through educational games.

-The nature, history and culture of Strandja

-Conservation acitivities and problems in Strandja Nature Park

-Routes and interesting sites to visit

-Accommodation facilities and restaurants

The officers in the center will assist you with:

-Organization of educational competitions and excursions

-Preparation of informational educational materials

-Training students in the implementation of conservation activities

Working hours:

9.00 - 12.00  and

13.00 - 18.00

Non-working days – Monday and Tuesday

On non-working days the center works only upon prior request.
